As opposed to a workshop that teaches you more about how to perform a Kaizen, you can also choose to be guided by us in performing a
Kaizen Event or Kaizen improvement week. In that case we will guide and coach you and your team during one or more Kaizens you will perform in your organization. Read more about Kaizen Events.
We provide the Kaizen workshop only in-company (minimum 6 to maximum 8 participants per group), so if you have other wishes regarding the days or the content of the program, this is of course possible. Please contact us to discuss your wishes and the price.
