On Day 1 of our Problem Solving Workshop, we’ll move from symptoms to causes. Most teams solve the wrong problem. On Day 1, you’ll learn how to prevent that. You’ll work with three methods you can immediately apply on the job:
4C for quick, straightforward problems; 4-Step Problem Solving for more complex issues; and techniques for identifying problems early on—before they escalate.
The focus is on practicing with situations from your own work experience. No fictional cases, just real-world challenges you’ll recognize.
On Day 2 of the workshop, we will dive deeper into advanced techniques for solving more complex problems, complemented by essential skills that are indispensable here. We will work intensively with the Problem Solving A3 method, a powerful tool for structured problem analysis and problem solving.
