The CEO already had some experience with Lean from previous organizations, and he asked the Lean Management Institute to help him create a continuous improvement program for the entire organization, both in the consumer and professional divisions.
With the help of an internal Lean team we trained people as Green Belts, we improved various processes in Kaizen events, and introduced working with visual boards with operational management on the shop floor. Customer processes have also been improved so that, for example, consumers are helped more quickly in the event of a breakdown.
