In the fourth and final episode of season 1 of our docuseries, we visit Leroy Merlin, a home furnishings and gardening retailer, and learn about their efforts to make their supply chain more flexible with the help of Lean .

Supplying 47 stores in a huge country like Brazil on time is quite a task. Leroy Merlin hopes to soon be able to guarantee delivery within three days to a customer across the country, and to achieve that, the company is building on efforts to simplify the supply chain. From streamlining operations in their huge distribution center to supplying stores faster, Leroy Merlin is determined to provide its customers with faster and better service.
