The school group Zaan Primair provides education at over 30 locations in Zaanstad to children aged 2 to 12, in both regular and special education. Because of the increased workload, the board had created a task force to find solutions for this. With our help and use of the A3 methodology, we succeeded in finding behaviors and countermeasures, and better understanding on causes of workload and how to work on them structurally. This has led to less work pressure and more feeling that there is joint awareness and real solutions to this difficult issue.
