VGZ is one of the best-known insurers in the Netherlands that you can turn to for your health insurance.
VGZ asked us to help improve the processes, working in the different teams and improving the service to customers. With an initial pilot in three teams, we used a Lean Wave to help the teams with operational management that gave the teams the tools to be better able to plan, execute and improve their work. After these successful pilots, we trained an internal team and worked with them to help dozens of teams simplify work, improve processes and collaboration, and increase customer satisfaction. Last but not least: making work even more fun!
