SMRT

SMRT is Singapore's largest transport company (cab, metro, train) that asked for our help to improve their processes with Lean . We organized a study trip to the Netherlands for the management during which we visited several transport companies that were already working with Lean . With the enthusiasm we gained, we started working on training and projects to help SMRT in its ambitions.
