Belt training and guidance A3 improvement projects at Royal Vezet.
Vezet is a strategic partner of Albert Heijn Delhaize and produces sliced and packaged vegetables, fresh pizzas, meal salads and fruit salads. Wanting to reduce costs and significantly increase sales, Vezet chose the Lean Management Institute to help with the needed transformation. Together with the internal team, the Lean Management Institute used the kaizen method to scrutinize a number of key product groups and achieve significant improvements. In addition, we trained all layers of the organization with Lean Yellow Belt, Orange Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt training and assisted in realizing A3 improvement projects. This resulted in substantial cost savings and created capacity for further growth.
