Vezet is a strategic partner of Albert Heijn Delhaize and produces sliced and packaged vegetables, fresh pizzas, meal salads and fruit salads. Wanting to reduce costs and significantly increase sales, Vezet chose the Lean Management Institute to help with the needed transformation. Using the kaizen method, the Lean Management Institute and the internal team examined a number of key product groups and made significant improvements. In addition, we trained all layers of the organization with Lean Yellow Belt, Orange Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt courses and supervised the realization of A3 improvement projects. This resulted in substantial cost savings and created capacity for further growth.
