National Property Office

RVB is responsible for management and maintenance of real estate properties in use by the Dutch state. With 83,000 hectares of land and nearly 12 million square meters of buildings, RVB is the largest real estate company in the Netherlands. Its portfolio includes prisons, courts, barracks, airports, defense sites, ministries, ports, tax offices, monuments, museums and palaces. The staff formulates vision and policy and handles management and maintenance, purchase and sale, new construction, conversion and renovation, development and redevelopment. We help the RVB work in value streams, make work processes transparent with strategy deployment, and train managers and employees to improve various processes.
