The municipality of Zuidplas wants to combine a spatial task to realize 8,000 homes with the preservation of its own character.
This demands a lot from the organization that has been redesigned to meet this challenge. The Lean Management Institute was approached to help optimize the policy chain after this transition. With a broadly composed project group, we ensured that this is a transparent process with concretely formulated management assignments linked to the municipal program. Integral coordination between different policy fields was secured in a practical manner and the turnaround time was considerably reduced.
