What is unique is that we also collaborate with Miele in optimizing the processes at Miele's laundry customers.

At Miele, we supported organizational improvement by training and supporting employees to improve processes within Miele itself with Lean . What is unique is that we also collaborate with Miele in optimizing the processes at Miele's laundry customers.

The laundry of care organization Alliade is one such customer. Miele provided an optimal machine capacity of professional washing machines and dryers, the Lean Management Institute supported in optimizing the laundry process. Logistics were improved so that peak loads were reduced. In addition, new standard work was designed and tested at various bottlenecks in the process, such as receiving and folding laundry.
