Ikea Haarlem

From the IKEA store Haarlem the financial manager, also internal Lean Black Belt (trained by Lean Management Instituut) if we wanted to help her organize a Lean Green Belt training for a group of employees. Together with her we trained and coached the participants in realizing their improvement plans. Among other things, failure costs were greatly reduced.
