Development of new Lean production line at Allerhande Kitchen
The Allerhande Keuken produces ready-to-eat meals and ultra-fresh pizzas for Albert Heijn. at the request of the management, we helped develop a new production line for 12 different meals. With the internal team the meals were analyzed and in several test days we determined in which order and processing step this could be done most effectively and efficiently. Within three months we managed to realize this project from idea to the desired number of products on the shelf at Albert Heijn.
