Better organizing the workplace eliminates wastes such as transportation, movement and defects that result from the way the workplace is currently organized.
You're going to learn what 5S is and how to get started with it:
For each 'S' we first cover the theory and then work with it in your own work environment. The first three parts 'Separating', 'Cleaning' and 'Arranging' are on the program.
On the second day, we will continue with "Arranging," and then cover "Standardizing" and "Standing.
We provide the workshop 5S workplace organization only in-company (minimum 6 to maximum 8 participants per group), so if you have other wishes regarding the days or content of the program, this is of course possible. Please contact us to discuss your wishes and price.
