Outdoor Life Group supplies wooden fences, gazebos and playground equipment to individuals and well-known hardware stores.
The company asked us to help them set up a new sawing and assembly line for its playground equipment. Together with an internal team, we conceived, tested and implemented a new line, creating a new line design as well as new working methods and materials. In doing so, we were able to cut the processing time per unit in half and made it easier to deal with seasonality by creating simple instructions ahead of time.
