Municipality of Rotterdam

The Municipality of Rotterdam employs many thousands of people in a very diverse field of work. As a large city with all the typical challenges that this entails, the Work & Income division stands for helping citizens look for and find work, providing assistance, assisting entrepreneurs, and additional tasks. For years, the Lean Management Institute has provided various Lean training courses for employees and teams, with coaching on practical assignments. We also organized a Hackaton with a diverse group of externs, focused on the multi-year strategy of Work & Income.
