On the first day of the Lean Management master class, the main principles, methods and techniques of Lean are explained. You will then apply these directly in a simulation in a factory environment. On the second day you will use all this knowledge and experience to transform an office environment using Lean. In this way you will learn in a short time all about the application of Lean in your own work environment. You will learn how to improve in a good way, both for yourself and for your customers.
At the end of the course:
The Nyenrode Lean Institute (NLI) offers the only simulation environment in the Netherlands where Lean can be experienced in both a manufacturing and office environment. Professional actors take on the role of employees and simulate a realistic work environment. You thus get a unique learning experience by turning theory directly into practical improvement activities: 'doing is understanding'.
